Menu tastings
Taste the Menu Before You Decide
When a tasting will help finalize the menu, we will design it around the dishes and decisions that matter most.
Tasting fees are based on menu complexity. Reserve your catering services within 72 hours of the tasting and the full tasting fee will be credited toward your event. Reservations completed after that 72-hour window receive a 50% tasting-fee credit.
Availability, selected dishes and the applicable tasting fee are confirmed before the tasting is scheduled.
